Only 2%?

Came across this quiz yesterday. Thought it'll be good fun to work my rusty brains a little. Einstein supposedly wrote this quiz. He said that 98% of the people in the world cannot solve the quiz. But I'm pretty sure he mean that 98% of the people in the world cannot solve the quiz within 10 minutes.

Here's the question: Who owns the fish?

OK. A little assumption I made when I was solving the question: the fifth animal is indeed a fish and not a griffin. There's no mention of fish in the 15 hints given.
